GAS MONITORING

What is gas monitoring? Using the second harmonic detection for gas monitoring has several advantages in addition to the improved detection limit. Gas monitoring devices are helpful in determining the concentration of gases in the air before entering an area to perform work. Measurements taken will inform you if the area is safe to enter or whether further ventilation and/or respiratory protection is needed.

Below is a list of some specialized detection equipment that we offer: heat sensor, smoke detector, water-level sensor, carbon monoxide detector, natural gas detector, propane gas detector, high and low temperature detector (furnace failure). Gas monitors are not analytical instruments and they are not process control instruments.

Their purpose is to warn of a hazardous condition so that action can be
taken to prevent personal injury or property damage. The facility's design must include appropriate means to vent decomposition gases and a gas monitoring program, with gas monitoring probes placed at various depths.
