This bulk tablet elevator improves worker ergonomics by allowing an operator to fill the tablet hopper at a comfortable height; the elevator then lifts the hopper to feed tablet counters or blister machine.
NJM/CLI introduces the CF1620-4 Cremer Quad, new high-speed tablet counters that features 16 tracks on each of four filling heads. Compared to the 12-track Cremer Quad, the new 16-track tablet counters increase productivity for large-count bottles by 30 to 40 percent. The new 16-track Cremer Quad fills up to 220 bottles per minute (bpm) on 100-count bottles and breaks previous speed limits for large fills, handling up to 90 bpm on 250-count bottles, 40 bpm on 500-count bottles and 20 bpm on 1000-count bottles.

The new-model NJM/CLI tablet counters can count from one to 10,000 tablets. The fully adjustable system doesn't require any special parts to change the shape or the count of the pharmaceutical tablets. It is also fully automated, and can be programmed operationally for either the size of tablet or the number of tablets per bottle.
Model Cremer CF-1220 tablet Counters are 12-channel tablet counters that handle a wide variety of tablets, caplets and both hard and soft capsules of different shapes, sizes and properties, accurately filling up to 55 cpm based on 100-count bottles
